2016 年是中國香港龍舟總會成立25 週年，也是香港國際龍舟邀請賽40 週年紀念。為感謝香港各界的鼎力支持，中國香港龍舟總會將舉辦大型活動「香港龍舟年」。
為慶祝是次盛事及更有系統地整合各方的龍舟活動, 本會誠邀各界別龍舟運動組織加入「香港龍 舟年」，一同推廣龍舟運動, 跟社會各界分享並鼓勵各位參與這項富有歷史文化色彩的水上運動。
To mark the 25th Anniversary of Hong Kong China Dragon Boat Association cum 40th Anniversary of Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Races in 2016, HKCDBA will present a series of celebratory events entitled “Hong Kong Year of Dragon Boating” commencing in February.
